Already responsible for almost 10% of global greenhouse gas emissions, future demand for concrete fueled by urban growth will continue to drive emissions higher. Motivated to break this linkage, we’re commercializing the revolutionary Reversa™ technology, which cost-effectively embeds CO₂ emissions from industrial sources (like cement, bio-energy, and natural gas plants) into concrete, reducing emissions by more than 50% as compared to traditional concrete. With widespread adoption, it can deliver the gigaton-scale CO₂ reduction that we need from this sector.
