Crickets have:
A protein content of 69% (on dry weight) which is more than double the amount of beef.
A fantastic and complete protein quality as it contains all the essential amino acids. There is no plant-based ingredient with such properties.

Crickets are rich in fundamental vitamins and minerals, as Vitamin B12, Iron, Phosphorus, Potassium and Magnesium.

Furthermore, crickets are an extremely sustainable protein source. For example, if compared to beef, they require:
