    Salary: Around £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)

    We have an excellent opportunity to join our team in Northern Ireland in administering the Northern Ireland Sustainable Energy Programme (NISEP) and engaging with stakeholders across the energy sector to help deliver Energy Saving Trust’s mission in Northern Ireland.

    NISEP is an £8 million grant programme that provides funding for energy efficiency measures for domestic and commercial properties.  Energy Saving Trust are the Programme Administrator of NISEP on behalf of the Utility Regulator in Northern Ireland.

    Your main responsibilities will be to support the Programme Manager with the smooth running of the EST NI programme work, ensuring compliance with our procedures. This will include the administration, monitoring and evaluation of NISEP schemes on an annual basis, including scheme submissions, payment claims, compiling reports, post implementation reviews and undertaking financial reporting.

    You will have excellent attention to detail, organisational skills and demonstratable numerical skills. The ability to work independently and to plan and prioritise multiple competing activities is essential in this fast-paced environment.  You will develop positive working relationships with all NISEP Primary Bidders and other stakeholders in the energy sector.  Your solid project management skills and expert knowledge of the NI energy sector will underpin the successful delivery of the project.  You will be an excellent communicator and will be comfortable dealing with people at all levels, including external stakeholders and senior managers.
