We have an amazing opportunity for a Business Development Executive in our successful and rapidly expanding team. No previous sales experience necessary; if you have the drive and ambition to succeed, are prepared to work hard, have a great personality and attitude then full training will be given.

About the Role

You will join our busy, Inbound team at an exciting time, with an opportunity to play an integral part in the businesses future.

You will be receiving Inbound calls and emails from businesses that have enquired about First Mile’s Recycling services but are yet to become active customers.

You will engage with those businesses to convert them into paying customers by ensuring:

  • You provide great information, timely responses and accurate quotations
  • Converting them into ongoing paying customers

You will often be the first person a potential customer speaks to, giving great advice and recommending the right services to meet their requirements.

Sales experience will be highly regarded, but no sales experience is necessary, if you’re intelligent and good at listening and communicating then we want to hear from you.

Remuneration: Starting salary £24,000, 33 days holiday allowance, pension contributions. Plus lots of parties, team lunches and other staff benefits!
