Pavegen can be found outside the Whitehouse powering the lighting, people powered running tracks inside office buildings in Hong Kong and soon at some of the UK’s busiest rail stations. We are a truly global company with big ambitions and we are looking for people who share of vision and want to be part of the dynamic, fast paced team.
Following a successful investment by the UK’s richest men, (The Hinduja Group) and a number of family offices and funds the company is ready to grow. We are developing new products we’re now targeting sectors with a new digital app and rewards offering
What are we looking for?
As the company looks to grow rapidly, we are now looking for a senior sales professional who wants to work with an innovative technology that can change how people think.
You must have the ability, and desire, to drive the sales cycle from initial call through to delivery, manage your own account- based business, as well as represent Pavegen at high profile marketing and sales event throughout the year.
We are also looking for an entrepreneurial vision that can recognise the potential of our many innovations and create opportunities by recognising new market applications and targeting new customers and sectors.
Finally, you must have experience in running a global region from a UK base and have a proven yourself in selling to senior c-suite individuals in global brands and organisations.

You must have good understanding of the cultural differences between each of our markets and experience selling and telling powerful stories to a specific market.

• Minimum of a 2:1 Degree from a recognised institution
• Excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Minimum of 3 years experience in sales on a global level
• Demonstrable track record of delivery for brands
• Ability to work hard and play hard in our dynamic team
