Social Bite is a charity and social business working to end homelessness in Scotland and beyond. Our vision is for everyone to have a safe place to call home. Our pioneering initiatives (including an employment Academy, The Social Bite Village and the UK’s largest Housing First project) enable people to transform their own lives. We also give out over 140,000 items of free food each year and connect 550 vulnerable people each week with good meals, support and opportunities. We are currently responding to the Covid pandemic by handing out more than 5000 free food packs each week and so far have provided more than 650,000 fresh free food pack and essential items.
About the role: we are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Campaigns Support Executive to join the team to help deliver two ambitious and exciting fundraising campaigns in 2021. The successful candidate will be expected to support the Campaigns Manager in:
- Providing excellent customer service and helping reach fundraising goals for two large-scale campaigns
- Deliver first class customer service to everyone who interacts with Social Bite on behalf of upcoming campaigns
- Provide administrative support to the internal campaigns team to meet and exceed fundraising targets set around the campaigns
- Enable everyone to have a great experience when taking part in Social Bite campaigns.
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Post: 10 Month Fixed Term Contract, 40hrs per week
Location: Remote working (covid related), otherwise Edinburgh. When allowed, attendance at meetings and physical events required.
