|20 years ago Juliet Davenport wanted to do something that would have real and lasting value to our planet.
She believed everyone had the right to clean, green energy to power their homes and businesses. That all of our futures depended on it. So, she did something revolutionary.
She built a company whose sole purpose was to power the choice of a cleaner, greener future for everyone.
She believed that businesses could lead the way. And that if people were offered an alternative to the fossil fuels that were killing our planet, they would take it.
And they did. Over 259,000 homes and businesses have chosen our green power. Supplied by 1,400 different locations – from a single home solar panels to wind farms.
But that’s not enough.

|Our customers are at the heart of our business. Whether it’s through providing exceptional support, fixing complex customer queries or educating them on clean energy and renewables, you’ll take full ownership of your customers journey.
You could be talking to our customers via a number of channels (phone, email social media), ensuring they always receive the same exceptional level of service in line with our purpose and values.
You’ll be passionate about your own development as well as supporting your team through collaboration, feedback and on the spot coaching conversations.
Our squads of Clean Energy Specialists are the experts our domestic customers rely on. You’ll use the latest technology to make Good Energy straightforward to deal with and make it easier for more people to choose clean energy.
|We’re passionate about developing our people so we’ll invest in you and help you become an expert in the latest green technology. It starts with an intensive 2-week induction. But we never stop – regular drop in sessions to hear about new developments, formal and informal training for everyone, and an active social media network mean you can share knowledge, as well as learning in more traditional settings.
