The Role:

We currently pack and deliver over 40,000 boxes a week to homes in London and the South East of England. We are growing rapidly, constantly expanding our reach and are planning for deliveries in the Midlands and North of England this year. We are offering a unique opportunity to be part of this journey.

We’re looking for a ‘pear’fectly imperfect individual to join our team as CRM Marketing Manager. You’ll be focused on identifying the right flows and messaging to land with different customer segments at the right time through email and other CRM Channels.

You’ll Design, test and scale email and CRM flows to turn the Oddbox experience into a sustainable competitive advantage and source of education on the issue of food waste

Primary responsibilities:

Ability to implement CRM best-practice for a subscription business, including but limited to:

  • Defining and implementing segmentations by reach, frequency and LTV, eventually integrating behavioural segmentations establish in conjunction between the growth and lifecycle team

  • Designing customer journeys flow for different customer segments to reduce churn and complaints and increase AOV and NPS

  • Analyse, report and evaluate the impact of any tests and changes to our email flow against lifecycle and growth KPIs, including A/B tests

  • Devise future plans for improvements in our CRM channel in line with our lifecycle and Marketing plans/strategies, leveraging test learnings and customer research

  • Identify and implement new CRM channels (e.g. text) into lifecycle comms to improve the customers overall CX

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience at using and design email segmentations (basic to brilliant)

  • Experience of CRM at a subscription based business

  • Able to design emails in line with insights and industry best practice to optimise for effectiveness

  • Good knowledge and experience in manage email CRM

Nice to Have:

  • Depth of experience at using Klaviyo

  • Experience in working closely with product/tech teams

  • Examples of using latest tech to improve email / CRM UX

  • Experience integrating mobile first CRM (e.g. text/whatsapp)

Other details:

  • This role will run from Sunday to Thursday

  • Salary – £38 – £45K depending on experience

  • Start date – ASAP

  • Duration of role – permanent / full-time

  • Location – We’re currently all working from home a bit more than usual but in the future you’ll also be able to spend time in our office in Vauxhall, warehouse in South West London and visiting other trading partners where necessary.
