Good Energy is passionate about two things, the first is protecting our fragile environment and secondly providing an exceptional customer experience. In this role you’ll use your expertise to drive decision making and be at the heart of powering digital thinking. You’ll be accountable for the delivery of actionable insight and analysis across our digital and marketing channels.

In the role you’ll demonstrate excellent collaboration with business stakeholders, supporting them in understanding the benefits of digital analytics. With a proactive approach you’ll design and monitor testing activities to drive performance optimisation across digital channels, as well as providing data led actionable insight to drive business growth.

A key part of the role will be to act as champion for data quality, helping to ensure accuracy and integrity in the way we use data. You’ll also be responsible for self-serve digital reporting and be the subject matter expert for all things digital.

We’re looking for an analyst who lives and breathes all things digital. As a driven self-starter you’ll have a passion to put your own stamp on the business and be central to driving change in how we use data.

As an excellent communicator you’ll be confident when working with stakeholders at all levels. You’ll understand and value good personal relationships as strongly as accurate analytics and be passionate about collaboration. You’ll have experience in how to leverage data insights and drive a customer centric business forward.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Experienced in digital analytics (e.g. Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics).
• Strong presentation and dashboarding skills (e.g. Data Studio, PowerBI).
• Experience with digital marketing data (e.g. Facebook, Email, Paid search etc).
• Strong analytical skills and research skills.
• Can design, implement and evaluate valid experiments to understand which marketing works.
• Ideally a BSc or MSc in an analytical discipline

Good Energy is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We’re currently all working from home and will be looking to return to the office for a couple of days a week in the future, alongside remote working. We’re just a two-minute walk away from the train station, with fast connections to Bristol, Swindon and the surrounding area.
