Where in the world of OVO will I be working?
Working as part of the Dispatch team, you’re a key point of contact for our Meter Installer workforce to ensure things are operating efficiently so appointments are met. The team also ensures our customers are returned to supply quickly after any issues arise.
What will I be doing?
You’ll be responsible for checking that our field operatives have all the information they need to complete their jobs.
Using a mix of databases, emails and phone calls, you’ll make sure that any changes to schedule are communicated quickly and accurately so that disruptions to customers are minimal.
You’ll also make sure that Meter Installers’ schedules match the required demand.
Is this the job for me?
This role can be fast-paced so it’s crucial that you enjoy working under pressure and that you excel in being able to prioritise your work.
You’ll demonstrate a good attention to detail and will have experience of talking to a wide range of people over the phone, face to face and via email, providing excellent service at all times.
Ideally you will be:
- Technologically confident – comfortable using a range of computer systems at once
- Comfortable adapting to change in a vibrant, dynamic environment
- Able to stay calm under pressure – you thrive with the challenge.
- Phenomenal at organisation; prior experience within a coordination style role is a plus!
