|We’re looking for a passionate sales advisor who thrives when working in a target driven environment. As a Switching Agent, you’ll answer inbound enquires to potential customers as well as making outbound calls to existing customers to convert to another product or additional service.
In the role you’ll be dedicated to gaining and developing a high level of knowledge on our products, services and the energy industry. You’ll then be proactive in your approach, sharing with potential customers in order to convert sales. You’ll work alongside the Domestic Switching Team Leader, to identify and understand other avenues to maximise conversion rates of potential customers, helping to maximise the teams delivery.
A key part of the role will be to ensure that all communication requests are promptly and effectively followed up within agreed timeframes. You’ll also be committed when it comes to following up leads generated by marketing campaigns/activity and emails received from potential customers promptly, ensuring KPIs and SLA’s are achieved.
|As a proactive, excellent communicator, you’ll be confident when driving sales, supporting our customers and developing new areas for business growth. You’ll be self-motivated when it comes to taking on targets and organised in your approach to work.
You’ll be comfortable when working under pressure in a busy sales environment and be able to balance this with quality in all of your customer contact.

|Good Energy is based in Chippenham, Wiltshire. We’re currently all working from home and will be looking to return to the office for a couple of days a week in the future, alongside remote working. We’re just a two-minute walk away from the train station, with fast connections to Bristol, Swindon and the surrounding area.
