Purpose of role
To plan, develop, execute and evaluate Quorn TV, digital, PR and in store marketing campaigns for Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium in line with global creative ideas. To support European markets in the development and delivery of their category vision. To deliver NPD roll out and launch plans in the defined European markets.
Dimensions of role
To develop, execute and evaluate marketing plans across Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium
Specific responsibilities include:
- development of Swedish TV campaign in line with global creative idea
- development of digital / social media content, PR plans and in store marketing materials for Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium
- tracking of European marketing spend within a given A&P budget
- planning and executing NPD launches across Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium
- Support the development of annual 3 year strategic marketing plans for Continental Europe

Your Key Contributions and Tasks/Accountabilities
Development of TV campaign:
- Work with Head of Brand Marketing to develop a TV campaign for Sweden under the global creative idea for Quorn
Development of digital / social content:
- Development of content for use in digital / social media plans in line with creative idea and media plan requirements for Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium
- Work with the Media agency to analyse performance and build learnings into digital and social plan development
Development of PR Plans:
- Development, execution and evaluation of PR and influencer plans for Sweden and Netherlands
Management of Retailer Marketing plans:
- Work with Commercial Manager in Sweden, Switzerland and Netherlands to develop, execute and evaluate Retailer specific marketing plans in line with the global creative idea. Support Green Seed in Belgium on development of retailer specific plans
Market Dynamics:
- To develop understanding of the market insight, customer/consumer insight, competitor initiatives and market trends for Sweden, Netherlands & Switzerland.
- Support implementation of recommended action on the appropriate area/s to ensure the branded sales plan is achieved and consumer needs are met
Support development of Category Vision / Brand Plans:
- Support the Swedish Commercial team in the development and execution of their category vision
- Support other European markets as they start to develop category visions
- Support the development of annual 3 year strategic marketing plans for Continental Europe
Budgetary Management:
- To own the purchase order process for the European Marketing team and track A&P spend within a given budget
NPD Execution:
- To plan and execute the launch of NPD in Sweden, Switzerland, Netherlands and Belgium including digital / PR / packaging roll out
- Work with the European Category Analyst to evaluate the impact of NPD launches at market level, and use learnings to build future NPD plans
Personal Development:
- Identify and agree personal development needs
- Take actions to pro-actively address personal development needs through coaching, study and in role learning
- Keep up to date with product developments and competitor activities in International markets
Person Specification
Essential:
- Educated to degree level
- Min 3 years Marketing experience
- Experience of working across International markets
- Previous experience of international BTL comms execution
- Strong interest in food
Desirable:
- Business / Marketing degree
- Food industry experience
- European languages
