What you’ll be responsible for…

• Management of busy and conflicting diaries and calendars, enabling the CEO and other senior managers to make the most efficient use of their time

• Inbox management for CEO

• Organising meetings including agenda and memo preparation and minute-taking

• Document preparation – for internal and external presentations and meetings

• Board Meeting management

• Detailed international travel management

• Liaising with clients/senior internal stakeholders and gatekeeping

• Office and site management as required – we have an office in Fulham (West London) and production facilities in Canning Town and Rainham (East London)

• Event planning as required

• Internal communications as required

• Ad-hoc project management support across the company.

We’d love to hear from you if…

• You have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages (and aren’t scared of Apple products!)

• You are assertive, organised and proactive in your approach to work

• You are polite, with a professional communication manner

• You are flexible and adaptable and not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities
