The Bike Club are looking for a Finance Operations Analyst to join our fast-growing team. If you have a background in Finance and are looking for a role in an exciting fast paced start-up environment this may be the role for you!
WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR….
Finance business partnering
= Responsible for owning the financial aspects of our member onboarding cycle. This includes the running of the daily credit checking process.
= Assist the financial interactions we have with our members, whether they need to change their direct debit days, or the issuing of refunds.
= Assist any other teams with pieces of analysis with the help of the Finance Manager.
= Own the Accounts payable process. This involves the daily upkeep of the finance inbox and pushing invoices correctly through to our accounting platform Xero.
= Daily bank reconciliations.
= Liaising with the Finance Manager on the month-end processes and helping to close out the monthly reporting requirements.
= Any pieces of ad-hoc analysis required from other teams or members of the Senior Management Team.

= Have a finance background and are looking for a friendly working environment.
= Have strong excel skills – ability to analyse large amounts of data.
= Have some foundation level accounting knowledge
= Are able to work autonomously and are not afraid to take initiative.
= Have a strong attention to detail while also able to understand the big picture.
= Have great communication skills
= Can drive change – we are always learning and looking to improve.
