We’re looking for an IT Support Analyst to join our team and provide best in class IT support to our users. Our IT Support Analysts are our users first point of contact for all things IT related, including onboarding, driving new tool product adoption and resolving support issues.
This is a hybrid role, you will be expected to work onsite at our London office 2-3 days a week.
You’ll spend your time:
* Providing 1st line and desktop support for all IT related issues
* Administering and supporting key business critical applications
* Proactively identifying recurring faults, and ensuring a complete resolution is put in place to prevent further incidents
* Managing Bulb’s IT assets lifecycling – Including deployment, reimaging, auditing and RMA
* Working with other teams on collaborative projects to help improve cross functional processes
* Supporting the rollout of any Enterprise IT products
* Supporting various audio visual conference events/meetings
* Contributing to the improving IT processes
* We are a growing team and encourage everyone to contribute to “make it better” projects.
* Good technical knowledge of both Windows and Mac operating systems
* Good understanding of Audio and Video equipment setup such as Google Meet and Zoom
* Experience with administering MDM platforms – Intune and Jamf
* Experience administering SaaS tools including – Google Workspace, Onelogin, Azure AD, JAMF, Atlassian products and Slack
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude
* Excellent problem-solving skills

* Scripting – Powershell or Bash
