We’re looking for a selection of enthusiastic lab assistants to support our R&D team with the production of samples, sheets and further research into innovative materials.
Primarily targeted at current students and recent graduates, but if you have a scientific/production background and want to lend a hand then still get in contact.
Help run experiments and reach data-driven conclusions
Run and analyze standard material tests
Assist the team leader in establishing project objectives related to formulation workflows and provide estimated timelines
Batch produce samples and sheets for the production/marketing team
Coordinate with team in planning experiments to meet the project deadlines
Communicate the progress and data analysis in the form of technical reports
Assist the R&D team with day to day tasks
Maintain lab safety and provide safety guidance to researchers in the lab
Skills & Requirements
BSc/BA Material Science, Engineering, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biology, Product Design or similar (can still be studying)
Well-developed independent research skills
Ability to follow a set procedure for experiments
Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Effective written and oral communication skills

This is an unpaid role for those looking to gain experience in a laboratory environment (travel and expenses are covered)
