  • Build innovative & high scalable technical solutions using React, serverless microservices with Node.js, and AWS Cloud architecture
  • Lead and mentor a talented team of engineers and collaborate with our product team & QA to ship new components and features
  • Draft architectural decisions and ensure reliable and state-of-the-art products
  • Write clean, readable, testable, and maintainable code that performs and scales
  • Advocate for best practices and coding standards
  • Work within a dynamic & international environment with an agile working culture using methodologies such as SCRUM


  • You are passionate about our vision and incredible mission and are based in the UK
  • You bring 4+ years of native coding experience to the table and have a thorough understanding of setting up CI/CD pipelines, functional programming and serverless architectures
  • You have technical (team) lead experience, including developing, coaching, and mentoring colleagues within a start-up organisation
  • You have knowledge and experience with AWS cloud services, NodeJS & Java
  • Experience with full SaaS lifecycle from conception to operation
  • You have strong analytical skills, a team-player attitude, and results-driven mindset
  • Bonus points: you have experience in working with the NHS APIs or similar regulated environments
