Where climate activism meets financial empowerment.
Do you want to save the world?
No, we’re not hiring superheroes (and anyway, lycra in the workplace would be an HR nightmare).
We’re talking about the climate crisis, which we believe needs to be stopped. Like, NOW. Not tomorrow (procrastinators need not apply).
Not only that, but we think we’ve found a way to do it…
We are building a way for anyone to invest in companies and other financial assets that are taking climate change seriously and showing measurable results. The way to do this is an efficient way of combining impact calculation, financial expertise, transparent communication and technology. And that is why we’re looking for a talented Lead UI/UX Designer to join our growing team and help us with our mission.
Want to work in a company that is doing big things and offering impactful work
Passionate about stopping climate change
Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced start-up environment
Have a huge impact on what our product (and the future of our company) will look like.
Own the UX & UI across our application and website from start to finish.
Build a deep understanding of customers’ problems and needs, and making sure we’re basing every decision around what’s best for them.
Explore, articulate and validate our product strategy, and help define our roadmap.
Enjoy end-to-end responsibility — everything from initial research to final handoff (with the building stage in between, of course).
Validate your work with research, prototypes and user testing.
Love the details! You will be working closely with our developers & marketing during the implementation and taking pride in producing best-of-class work.
Own our visual guidelines and make sure our brand represents our values and scales with our company.
Strong experience of building successful consumer products and you’ve got the portfolio to proudly show us.
Know what it takes to design fantastic products for mobile platforms.
Previous experience and/or strong personal interest in financial products preferably in the investment space.
Experience in working as part of a cross-functional team in an agile ecosystem.
You are organised and not afraid to lead the projects from design to final implementation.
You’re highly autonomous, organised and entrepreneurial. You need minimal support, you know how to have impact in an early stage startup, and you know how to get sh*t done.
While you are open for feedback, you are also able to own the product design and articulate and defend your ideas across the company
You have up-to-date knowledge of design software like Figma and Adobe Photoshop.
You have experience in creating, maintaining and working with design systems.
