Loop is currently available in the mid-Atlantic and Northeastern U.S and Paris and Lille France, with plans to expand into several new markets including Canada, Japan, the UK and Germany in 2020.

Job Overview –

The company is seeking a skilled Marketing Executive to undertake marketing projects which will be beneficial to our company. The Marketing Executive organizes creative campaigns and promotional events that align with current customer trends and requirements, in order to make a difference in the success of our company. The Marketing Executive will be responsible for identifying and developing growth opportunities within TerraCycle’s existing partnerships while working closely with the Account Management team

Primary Responsibilities –

  • Evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition ventures through market research
  • Initialize and oversee surveying with a goal of understanding the requirements and dedication of customers
  • Maintain relationships with customers
  • Contributing to update a library of case studies
  • Internal & external reporting on upsells and activations.
  • Developing and selling shopper marketing programmes to brand partners Sales team (retail collections, in-store promotion etc.) and support the sell-in to retailers
  • Pitching opportunities that drive incremental revenue and enhance TerraCycle partners’ current recycling programs
  • Creating client-ready customized proposals and resources
  • Identifying and developing new products & services to fulfil our brand partners’ expectations
  • Supervising the implementation of sold services
  • Supporting the European Account Management team to identify growth opportunities

Requirements/Skills –

  • Fluent in both French and English with excellent communication skills (both spoken and written)
  • 1-2 years’ experience in Marketing Executive / Sales
  • Ability to speak another European language would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, client-facing and presentation abilities
  • Ability to prioritise among competing tasks
  • Proactive and solution-focused
  • A demonstrated interest in sustainable/green business would be beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Apps etc.
  • A degree in an appropriate field (business, management, marketing) is desired
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales/Merchandising/Shopper Marketing in the CPG/Retail Industry
