To lead on the execution of the marketing strategy across PR, media, brand, partnerships, content and product. We have ambitious growth plans, and you will play an important role in helping us reach as many families as possible in the UK and future markets. No two days will be the same, you will be joining a passionate and close-knit marketing team that works collaboratively to challenge the status quo.


  • Have previously managed a successful small team (Essential)
  • Strong background in PR (Essential)
  • Have an interest in getting to know our customers – and creating content that they’re going to love
  • Are data-driven and analytical. You are confident using data to identify problems, opportunities and creating continuous improvements
  • Strong project management, multi-tasking, decision making and organisational skills
  • Are an excellent copywriter
  • Are flexible and a genuine team player



  • Leading a high performing team which includes a Social Media & Community Manager and Digital Product Manager
  • In the absence of the Marketing Director, run team meetings and manage the day-to-day running of the team


  • Lead the charge with our blog posts by working with our panel of experts to ensure we have a steady flow of transformational content on our website
  • Work up any content briefs across photography and copy – agree key objectives, timings, deliverables and budget
  • Write copy for social and search ads, and some newsletters
  • Work with Social and Community Manager on Monthly Content Plan

PR agency  

  • Work with the PR agency to map out quarterly media campaigns, prioritising the areas which focus on our business objectives
  • Manage the day-to-day workflow, attend meetings and be responsible for all actions
  • Oversee creation of press releases and manage the approval process
  • Manage interviews with key stakeholders at tBC
  • Track the success of coverage and report findings

Media Partnerships 

  • Manage and build relationships with key media
  • Proactively seek out relevant media partnerships to drive sales and build credibility
  • Manage the delivery of paid media partnerships
  • Write copy for advertorials and competitions
  • Put together data and insight reports to present to the team and wider business

Brand and Industry Partnerships   

  • Work with Director of Partnerships to manage the delivery of confirmed partnerships
  • Setup relevant landing pages on the website and redemption codes
  • Ensure data capture points are set up so we can measure success
