As a brand-new post in a rapidly growing organisation, you will have a lot of scope to develop your role and Hatch’s approach to Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning, working closely with colleagues from across our programmes, communications and fundraising teams. Our entrepreneurial approach means you will have the trust and confidence of the team as a given and will be responsible for developing and delivering effective systems, processes, data, insights and reports that evolve with Hatch as we grow. You will:
- Lead on developing and implementing our impact measurement framework across all Hatch programmes
- Develop and implement systems and tools for monitoring and evaluating Hatch’s impact within and across programmes
- Support our culture of learning and continuous improvement, taking a data-led approach
- Review and make recommendations for the implementation of data collection, management and analysis tools in line with a wider overhaul of Hatch’s IT systems.
Salary: £30,600 – £33,300
