Who are we?

Onto is the all-inclusive electric car subscription changing the rules of the game for car ownership.

Onto was formed in 2017 by co-founders Rob Jolly (CEO) and Dannan O’Meachair (VP People). Originally formed after Rob saw the challenge of converting people over to electric vehicles while working in the Corporate Strategy area of Jaguar Land Rover. Requirements

The Role

We’re looking for a data-driven operator and aspiring future leader to help define and lead the technical services element of our operations team. You will take ownership of key partnerships, obsess over our processes and attack everything you do with a customer-first attitude. You’ll be a key member of our Operations team and have a direct impact on the growth of the business.

In particular, you will be:

  • Leading your team in the resolution of customer issues using our fleet management system, demonstrating an efficient, consistent and professional mindset
  • Coordinating our field engineers to attend customer vehicles when necessary to resolve issues
  • Developing existing processes with hardware providers to improve the current Onto hardware issue resolution process
  • Managing hardware accounts to ensure all hardware is accounted for and utilised
  • Collaborating with the wider Onto Operations and Customer Service teams to develop and improve our customer-facing processes and procedures

A bit about you

  • You can multitask in a fast-paced, proactive environment and work quickly to master-detail under pressure. You have the ability to remain calm, and bring order to complex tasks with tight deadlines
  • You have high attention to detail, and can manage your time effectively to ensure we always resolve customer issues quickly
  • You are always looking for ways to improve the efficiency and end quality of our processes and will be confident in sharing your ideas to implement change
  • Exceptional data interpretation and manipulation skills including Excel / Google Sheet
  • Strong interpersonal, presentation, organisational and problem-solving skills

  • Passionate about scaling up fast growing startup and subscription brand

  • Experience managing people

Salary: £33,000 – £37,000 depending on experience.
