We are hiring for an Operations Manager to join our Smart Rollout team.
Responsibilities
* Manage existing relationships with two of our Smart installation partners to make sure that our products and services are running as expected
* (Re-)Negotiate contracts with new/existing installers to reflect the latest costs
* Organize executive business reviews for SLT members to be informed and make decisions
* Help to manage the relationship with Ofgem and BEIS to keep all parties up to date with our smart program rollout
* Assist with timely delivery of our strategic programs starting with smart meters roll out
* Work with tech lead to ensure technical integration projects are completed by Smart installation partners to requirements and on time
* Agree visit plans and hiring plans with installers
* Track performance of installers against Ofgem plan
* Oversight of operations projects across Smart Rollout and Smart Meter Experience teams. Providing coaching and support to product specialists and managing conflicting priorities across the operations backlog for both teams
* Input into performance reviews of Product Specialists and Operations Managers across Rollout and Smart Meter Experience
Additional outcomes
* Presentations to the Smart Installs team on our progress of integrating with 3rd parties
* Presentations to SLT members on performance and commercial discussions with our installers.
Requirements 
Must haves: 
* Excellent problem solving and analytical skills to understand the complex requirements of our business and propose new product solutions
* Exceptional communication skills encompassing challenging conversations, guiding stakeholders and communicating initiatives across teams
* Abilities to define and implement new processes for working with new external partners
* Self starter, comfortable with ambiguity
* Analytical forecasting/modelling skills
Nice to haves: 
* Project management skills
* Commercial management experience
* Smart domain knowledge
