Salary: £21,500 per annum

We have an opportunity for you to join our digital products and services team based in London. You will be a key player working to support the delivery of external projects, as well as providing general administrative support to the team.

The role will comprise of a variety of responsibilities including, project communication e.g. managing enquiries, the processing of online referrals and providing support to clients with the use of project websites and databases. The role will also involve conducting desktop audits with service users to monitor their GDPR compliance. You will have strong communication skills and be able to manage a busy inbox of enquiries from clients and provide general administrative support across the team. This includes finance administration in the raising of invoices, purchase orders and the following up on late payments.

Your ability to plan and prioritise work with good attention to detail is essential in this busy environment. Excellent inter-personal, time management and Microsoft skills will be key to ensure multiple tasks are delivered on time and to a high standard. Previous use of Microsoft Access Database(s) would be ideal.

You will need to be a self-starter, able to work both independently and as part of a team.

This is a fixed term position to March 2022. We are open to flexible working patterns and blended (home and office-based) working is possible for this role.
