Sales Executive at Care to Translate

As a Sales Executive at Care to Translate, your main target will be to help us increase our customer portfolio in the Nordics, Benelux & UK. You will be active in the initial part of the sales cycle, qualifying opportunities, delivering amazing product demos, converting deals and handing over your deals to our customer success manager. Your prospects will be healthcare organisations and caregivers from small sizes like local primary care units to big regions like a NHS Trust. You will be working closely together with the rest of our amazing and growing commercial team, which includes a Head of Sales, Customer Success Manager & Marketing Manager. This is a unique opportunity for you to take part in our journey from an early stage and become a key resource in an impact tech startup with global potential.


To be successful as our Sales executive we believe you are:

  • Experienced. Previous experience in sales and working with a CRM. It is a bonus if you have experience in either selling to healthcare organisations or if you have worked in one. Of course, both of them together is considered a double bonus 🙂
  • A great communicator and listener. You will be the first person from Care to Translate that our potential customers will meet. We want them to love you and love us. And we want to love you and you to love us. Basically that everybody loves each other.
  • Tech savvy. We want you to have a good understanding of and a great interest in digital tools.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English. We love language skills! And we want you to be at least fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English but if you know even more languages – don’t keep it a secret.
