Lead in specific key areas, taking full ownership to drive BAU process and prioritise resolving the cause of issues raised as a priority from the Smart Ops team. You will be the subject matter expert for your area and will be expected to use this knowledge to support and explain specific issues to all levels at OE. It will also be key that you engage with the industry to both share any specific issues and also gain knowledge to help with problems OE are experiencing.
Although a lead role, there is an expectation that you will be ‘hands-on’ and may well be the only person in your workstream team.
This role can be based in any of our offices ; London / Brighton / Leicester / Warwick

What you’ll do

    • Project Manage any new requirements
    • Define and prioritise Tech requirements, within your area of responsibility
    • Define and prioritise insight & reporting requirements
    • Full understanding of adapter capability
    • Engage with MOP and other stakeholders to deliver relevant updates
    • Be aware and utilise any industry support e.g. DCC reporting
    • Track and own a full roadmap of future industry changes
    • Understand any regulatory and compliance issues

What you’ll need

    • Security
    • Incident management; logging and audit CIO compliance lead and audit output tracking
    • ADT review and setting, including sign off process with agreed key people
    • Security policy management; amendment, improvement, risk assessment, user control, background checks
    • SSC (Security Sub Committee) Issue resolution plan with other leads
    • Engagement with all security bodies and stakeholders within the SMETS sphere
    • Governance
    • Review of; DUIS, GBCS, SMETS at each new release. Ensuring adapter roadmap for versions and identification of new SRVs and services that will benefit our business model
    • SEC MODs – track and cascade to relevant leads and departments
    • DCC incident management; reporting and management of incidents
    • DCC problem management; good understanding of all DCC PBIs and how they affect our portfolio
    • SMICoP – ensure compliance and submission of quarterly data
    • Forecasting
    • Ensure all ‘forecasting’ requirements are understood, modelled & submitted to ensure compliance

Salary depending on experience £23,000 – £28,000
