Warehouse Supervisor 

An exciting opportunity to work for the UKs biggest bicycle subscription service. If you’re looking for your next Supervisor position this could be the role for you! You will drive daily performance of our unit by delegating tasks, providing direction and feedback for team members, training new joiners, and feeding back about the team’s performance. As we’re a fast-growing start-up you will have plenty of scope to make the role your own and develop your own path.

What you’ll be responsible for…

=      Opening and closing the Canning Town unit daily.

=      Supervising team and daily activities.

=      Delegating ad-hoc work.

=      Measuring and reporting the effectiveness of refurbishment processes and employee performance.

=      Organising and maintain stock and storage areas.

=      Maintaining equipment & facilities and replacing/repairing as required.

=      Leading the onboarding and training of new team members.

=      Monitoring consumables and parts stock.

=      Maintaining records, reporting relevant information, and preparing any necessary documentation.

=      Overseeing and ensuring health and safety procedures are being adhered to.

=      Fostering a positive team culture and resolving any conflicts between team members.

=      Collaborating and coordinating activities with other departments.

=      You have proven experience as a supervisor leading a team of 5+ people

=      Ability to bring people together and get the best out of them

=      Hands-on to get the job done

=      Strong communication skills

=      Strong organisational and time management skills

=      Strong problem-solving skills

=      Commitment to health and safety standards

=      MS Office proficiency

=      Knowledge of warehouse software packages is desirable
